ペット同伴禁止

ペットの同伴はご遠慮下さい

禁煙

室内では、喫煙・電子タバコ・加熱式タバコはご遠慮ください。敷地の外での喫煙は可能ですが、吸い殻や灰は必ず屋外の灰皿に捨ててください。喫煙による臭い等の影響で、清掃費や後続の宿泊者への補償費が発生した場合は、その費用をゲスト様にご請求させていただきます。

パーティー禁止

パーティーは一切禁止されています。
コテージは住宅街に位置しているため、夜9時から朝7時の間は静かにお過ごしください。

BBQ （春～秋は可能です）

BBQコンロ・テーブル・イス・トングはご用意しております。

※木炭・着火剤はお客様ご自身でお持ち下さいませ。

破損について

ご滞在中に発生した建物、備品、家具などの破損や損害については、お客様のご責任となります。破損や損害に伴う修理・交換費用は、チェックアウト後に請求させていただき、別途ご精算いただきます。

Under Japanese law, we must collect all guests' full names, nationalities, copy of passport , postal addresses before Check-In.

NO PETS

No pets are allowed.

NO SMOKING

Smoking, vaping and E-cigarettes are not allowed in the house. You are welcome to smoke outside the property as long as the ash and buts are disposed of in the outside ash tray.

All cleaning costs, and costs incurred in compensating later guests who are affected by the smell of smoking will be charged back to the guest.

NO PARTIES

No parties are allowed. Cottage is located in a residential area and we request quiet time in between 9pm to 7am

BBQ available from spring to autumn.

We provide a BBQ grill, table, chairs, and tongs.

※Please note that charcoal and fire starters are not included, so kindly bring your own.

Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, fittings, and furniture during their stay.
The cost of replacement or repairs for any loss or damage will be charged to the guest after check-out. A separate invoice will be issued for payment.

リラックスできるバスタブ完備、洗濯乾燥機、洗濯洗剤、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ完備。Bathroom with relaxing bathtub. Washer-dryer, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap included.

Shower room (1F)

シャワーユニットには、オーバーヘッド・ボディ・フットジェットが備わっており、全身をリフレッシュできる快適なシャワー体験をお楽しみいただけます。

The shower unit is equipped with overhead, body, and foot jets for a full-body refreshing experience.

Kitchen

広々したキッチンにはIHコンロと食洗器、調理器具が完備されており料理をお楽しみ頂くことができます。

The spacious kitchen is equipped with an IH stove, a dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils, allowing you to enjoy preparing your own meals.

Dining

大きな窓からは北アルプスの雄大な景色が広がり、四季折々の美しい自然を眺めをお楽しみいただけます。

From the large windows, you can enjoy the magnificent views of the Northern Alps and the beautiful scenery that changes with each season.
